year begins on July 1 and ends on June 30 of each year. Qualifications for nationals funds begin at that time.

at least twice/month

2 fundraising events
- Parent coordinates
1 fundraising event that earns at least $100/per club member in the family who wishes to attend nationals.
Nationals Funds
will be used to pay the entry fees and travel for each qualified club member based on points.
We will add up
the total number of knowledge & participation points on the cards of all the kids who are going to nationals and
meet the club qualifications. We'll divide that number into the total amount
of funds to come up with a dollar amount per point. Then, we'll multiply that
number by the points each person has earned.
This money will be used to pay for airfare, entry fees and hotel expenses.
